AWAKE TO THE GENUINE VALUE:
Your integrity and that of others is of paramount importance to you. Being congruent means consistently expressing your values, using them as yardsticks for decisions, guiding your actions. Honesty to you means being transparent and living what you are. In all situations, people see you as sincere and upright. Decency, consistency, and honesty are your way of life. You are an honorable person.
PARTIALLY ASLEEP TO
THE GENUINE VALUE:
Your actions are not consistently in line with each other.
You have a sliding scale of what is honest, believing full honesty is not
always wise. You don’t want others to know everything about you. You have some
things in your past, or maybe present, that you do not want known. People
generally consider you fairly honest and decent.
LIVING IN THE IMPOSTOR VALUE:
You are very incongruent, all over the place. The situation
and who you are with dictate what you do or say. Being basically dishonest, you
manipulate to make things go your way. Some say there is not a sincere bone in your body. You might even be seen as corrupt.

FOCUSING YOUR
MIND
Going for the
target you have chosen
To shift in the direction of integrity, select some or all of
the following and copy them in order to have them with you. Live with them.
Think about them. Absorb them.
· I realize how important integrity is.
· I give up all illusions of being able to hide who I am.
Consciousness is visible. People know who I am no matter how much I may try to
hide.
· I want to be an upright person.
· I choose to be honest.
· I am an honorable person.
REINFORCING BEHAVIORS
Action steps to take to get off the log
· Decide what is truly important to you, something greater.
What would lead your life there? What do you need to do to train yourself to be
consistently aiming for a higher goal?
· What do you want said of you when you die? Be that person.
· Practice saying honest things in a kind way.
· Say what you mean and mean what you say is an old adage. It
is important to live that way. Practice this.
· Ask yourself what kind of person do you really want to be. Strive to be the best you can be, forgiving yourself when you fall short, getting back up and trying again.
