On this day of rest, reconsider the 6 values for this week. Which one resonates with you the most and which do you resist? Consider why?
- What would need to happen for you to embrace them and incorporate them more fully in your life?
- How would your life be affected if you rejected them, saying they are not for you?
- If you have a negative reaction to one or more, is there a memory or person in your life you associate it/them with? Is there some healing there that needs to happen?
- Have the courage to keep on growing and expanding and being the best you can be.
